A ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME experience ....

Students participate in sessions featuring powerful worship, engaging speakers, creative arts, and also attend nightly live concerts featuring top Christian artists. They serve together with Ministry With Others service projects throughout Salt Lake City. Students also experience interactive discipleship environments, and a Recreation Hall filled with individual and group activities, games, and exhibits.

ETNYI ADULT CHAPERONE APPLICATION

All Adults, Pastors, Youth Leaders, Parents who are interested in attending Nazarene Youth Conference with ETNYI must fill out this application form.

Due to proper ratios, we will most likely not be able to take every adult that wants to go.

Pastor Jake Beard + NYC Coordinator George Crummer will be reviewing every application and will consult with every attending local church's Youth Pastor/leader and Lead Pastor to finalize names.

Due by August 31: $600

Due by October 31: $600

-make church checks payable to ETNYI

-mail check to 130 Main Street East, Gordonsville, TN (38563)

-send a financial breakdown sheet with each church check stating the names

of who is being paid for and the amount being paid for each individual.

-The first payment is due August 31.
